Hello everyone. I can't believe it is April already. Sydney turned 32 last week and Kendall will be 17 yrs old on April 17th!!!!! She absolutely loves singing and karaoke(this is when she is the happiest).
We have planned a karaoke party for her on Saturday. For now keeping it as a small group due to her immune system.
She had a cardiology appointment today. EKG and ECHO(ultrasound of the heart) was stable. Also had a ton of blood drawn for cardiology and oncology. ( I counted 11 tubes)
Looking forward....She has been cleared to have dental work without pre-antibiotics in the future.
We are in the process of getting neurology evaluations done because we have to have physical evidence for the court that she still needs assistance when she becomes 18yo and that she needs assistance taking care of herself(physically, mentally, financially, socially) etc......
She loves Michael Jackson songs and that's what she requests during any procedures before they give her sedation. So on Friday April 17th I would love for you to sing your favorite Michael Jackson songs in honor of Kendall. Dance, smile, and have fun singing songs of an icon.
We were honored to meet Brady's family(Mother and brother(on Friday while they were in town on a brief visit). Allisun asked that Kendall choose the restaurant and Kendall chose Applebees so we met there. We came in wearing Brady gear(B+ t shirts and bracelets). It was not uncommon for us because we wear them all the time in honor of Brady.
Conversation was great. Calming and peaceful because we have seen each other via zoom and on Microsoft Teams many times before that day.
We talked for a long time and decided our family would travel to Wisconsin this Summer to spend more time with them and also planned to go to Brady's favorite place in October 2028...Disney World!!!
I am so grateful and overjoyed that this is happening. That our families are blended now and Brady's life lives on in Kendall.
While at the restaurant Kendall's alarm went off that it was time for her medications. We departed instantly at that time because we wanted her to get home to take her meds. We promised the Caproons that we would do everything in our power to maintain and sustain Brady's heart through Kendall. They never have to worry about Kendall because she takes medications faithfully and we make every appointment and even adjustments at home to keep her healthy and as strong as possible. Allisun she and her family are so grateful and thankful that Brady's heart went to Kendall. They are now family to us and it is so amazing and we are honored to share her upcoming life and journey with them so that they can see Brady's life continuing on in Kendall. The other bonus is that Allisun grew up in Michigan and most of her family is here. What a blessing. We don't know why, or when, but we are certain that the who is Jesus and He can make all things happen supernaturally if you just trust and believe!!
